What kind of companies do you work with?

Mid-market businesses, typically £2m–£50m turnover, with enough customers or transactions to make analysis meaningful. We've worked across hospitality, professional services, e-commerce, B2B SaaS, and luxury retail. If you've got data and a commercial question, we can probably help.
What does an engagement cost?

Project work usually starts in the low five figures. Rolling monthly engagements are quoted on scope. We give you a fixed price before any work begins, with no time-and-materials surprises.
Do we need a “data team” or fancy tools first?

No. We bring our own stack. If you've got a CRM, an e-commerce platform, a spreadsheet or all three, that's enough to start. Part of our job is telling you what infrastructure (if any) would actually be worth investing in.
How do you handle our data, legally?

UK GDPR-compliant by default. NDAs signed before any data moves. Processing happens in encrypted environments, with everything deleted on request at the end of an engagement. We give you a written data-handling addendum with every contract.
Can you work with our existing agency or in-house team?

Yes, and we often do. We're not trying to replace your marketing team or your CRM consultants. We give them better fuel to work with.
